Articles To Be Transported By Air Mail
With the exception of a post office restricted by the Director General by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette from time to time, a postal article may be sent by air route as registered or unregistered letter or postal letter or aerogramme without payment of additional air charge. However, apart from this any other article required to be sent, may be sent, only upon the payment of the prevailing air charge.
